Items must be returned within 30 days from the day you've received your order.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method after we've received your return. If you wish to receive a different size, you'll need to place a new order via the website.
Items must be returned in good condition. We're pretty sure you know what that means, but just to be clear:
- Items must be unworn and unwashed with no distinct odors, blemishes, or signs of wear.
- Items covered in animal or human hair will not be accepted.
- All items are thoroughly inspected before refunds are issued.
- If we're unable to accept your return, we will return the item to you in the same condition we received it.
Returns can take up to 7 days to process after we receive them. Don't be alarmed if your return has been delivered to us but you haven't heard from us yet.
We will refund shipping fees according to the following policy:
- For single item orders, we will refund the total value of the order, including shipping costs.
- For multiple item orders where only some items are returned, we will refund the value of the item(s) returned, excluding shipping costs.
- For multiple item orders that are returned in their entirety, we will refund the total value, including shipping costs.
Orders placed separately (with unique reference numbers) must be returned separately. Combining orders being returned in one package will significantly slow down refund processing speed.
